Google advertises Child Porn

Google was sued by a New York politician in the state's supreme court for profiting from links to child pornography in 2006 .

Google denied and said it takes steps to ensure access to child porn is difficult.Google says they did not get any profit from any illegal sites and its difficult to monitor and block them .

If the domain registers checked out the sites they host, they might easily shut them down, but they don’t wish for to drop profits.

http://www.whois.net/ caches each site on the net, possibly will this record not be used to shut these sites down?

This is not like SPAM because websites don’t usually satire its IP address. How would you get to the site if the IP/DNS was not valid?

The liability comes back to the register. They are the ones that have to supremacy to allow or stop this sh#t.

My conversation is about American and our Allies countries, since we won't be capable to get the other countries to work together on this. Of course, this can be blocked by the ISP's if the gov't forces them to!

But why they still say they are not able to do it ?
